Fayette County Sheriff's Office Hosts Reserve Recruit Class Graduation

 


Fayette County Sheriff 2012 Reserve Recruit Basic Class

 

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office held its Reserve Officer Basic Class Graduation on August 30, 2012.  The Reserve Officer Basic Class is a condensed police academy consisting of over 200 hours of intensive training in law enforcement skills such as officer safety, firearms, emergency vehicle operations, and defensive tactics.  The class is designed to provide newly hired reserve officers with the skills necessary to operate as competent law enforcement officers in the community.  The class is offered to members of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office reserve division as well as reserve officers with municipalities within Fayette County .  Officers graduating the 2012 session were from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Oakland Police Department, and Piperton Police Department.  Graduating were: Justin Fitzgibbon, Douglas Davis, Adam Hitchborn, Jason Clark, Kerry Billings, Jeremy McNary, and Chip Baldine.
